衞生不好是很，但地理位置還不錯，房間設施比較老舊

Hi! It was my first time in Tsai hotel and Residences. I can say that the first thing we noticed is the staff (information desk). We have entered the hotel with a happy face since finally after a long ride we arrived, so yeah we exchanged greetings at the front desk asking to confirm our booked room but the staff is not so good in response like no smile at all just talking randomly like asking ID naa I don't feel good talking to her 😐 not like other hotels kakarating lang sa door ang good vibes nila just saying my experience lang naybe from other guests hindi ganito anyways it's not big deal then all in all Tsai Hotel is good, clean and nice👍👍tho sometimes if there's someone talking outside the room you can hear them a little bit siguro pag malakas mga boses. So thank you all Tsai hotel especially kay manong guard (the Tatay look) so kind..

While everything was close to perfect, a minor improvement could be enhancing soundproofing in the rooms to block out occasional street noise. Nonetheless, this did not significantly detract from my overall experience. I highly recommend the Tsai Hotel and Residences to anyone visiting the area. It offers excellent value for money, a prime location, and impeccable service that guarantees a memorable stay. I am looking forward to returning on my next 訂房網站!

My stay was good enough. Walking distance from JY Mall which has McDonalds 24/7, which could help for late night cravings. They also have a mini food store in the front desk for soups. This is a good place to stay in if you want to be near IT Park. I did not have any skin issues after so, I think this place is good enough for a budget friendly 訂房網站.

ロケーションは文句なしのとても良い所に位置するホテルでした。 金額に対してコスパは非常に良かったのが印象的です。 アメニティもこの価格帯のホテルなら普通と言ったところです。 ただ、洗面所の水が詰まってて流れなかったです。ホテルの従業員に言えばすぐに解消してくれるのでここも問題なし。 むしろ授業員さんの対応もこの価格でしたら大満足です。 お部屋も広くてかなり清潔でした。 エアコンの音も気にならないくらいでしっかり効きます。 調節もできるのでここも良し。 私の客室は６階で、バルコニーがありました。オーシャンビューでは無いのはもちろんなんですが、セブの中心地の都會の景色を堪能できる眺望で満足でした。 冷蔵庫と著いていて特にネガティブな印象は全く無いホテルでしたので、次もITパーク周辺を散策する際はリピート確定ホテルです。 とにかく、セブの都會に位置したロケーション抜群のホテルだと思います。

Great location, very accessible to all kinds of transportation

The place is close to IT park and other areas. The hotel is spacious. I had a few items I believe is due to poor management or ownership of the hotel. The water in my room was already opened and partially drank. There is only a few WiFi codes to use. The shower needs some deep cleaning. There is not blanket just a sheet which is low standards for this type of stay. The furniture is worn, my white sheets had marks on them. There is only 1 outlet with 3 prongs.
